Mobile Technicians
Our Technicians have now gone mobile!
Our service technicians are now outfitted with a handheld computer that will offer many added benefits to our customers. These benefits include:
- Access to the service history for your site allows our technicians to be instantly familiar with previous repairs, PM schedules and parts, and any other site specific information for your account.
- The ability to effectively track problem equipment and provide viable options for upgrade or replacement.
- Real-time dispatching and instant communication of our qualified technicians help facilitate Call Management.
- Instant updates to Call Tracker, our online customer portal which allows real-time access and updates to all the service calls for your site.
- The option to "Go Green" and have your signed service reports e-mailed directly to you from our technicians' devices. This will reduce unnecessary paperwork on your desk, and eliminate the possibility of missing paperwork crucial to your internal billing process.
